• Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• 1 Visa Application Form fully completed and signed
• 2 Passport-type photographs
• Copy of Airline Tickets or Itinerary
• Proof of sufficient funds (i.e.: Copy of recent Bank statement)
• Copy of Invitation letter from host in UK or Hotel Confirmation
• Copy of Employment letter with vacation approval(if applicable)
• Proof of legal residence in USA (i.e: Original Visa approval with I-94 or PRC)
• Consulate Fee $100.00(6 months) + Our Service charges
Requirements for Transit Visa
• Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• 1 Visa Application Form fully completed and signed
• 2 Passport-type photographs
• Copy of round trip airline Tickets or Itinerary
• Proof of legal residence in USA (i.e: Original Visa approval with I-94 or PRC)
• Consulate Fee $60.00 + Our Service charges
Requirements for Business Visa
• Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• 1 Visa Application Form fully completed and signed
• 2 Passport-type photographs
• Copy of Airline Tickets or Itinerary
• Copy of invitation letter from host company
• Company Letter of Guarantee - A business letter from your firm, addressed to:
Consulate General, Visa Section. Explaining the purpose of the trip, and
guaranteeing financial support for the applicant while in the country, and return
transportation
• If Self-Employed: Letter of incorporation/business registration document
• Proof of sufficient funds (i.e: Copy of recent Bank statement)
• Proof of legal residence in USA (i.e: Original Visa approval with I-94 or PRC)
• Consulate Fee $100.00(6 months) + Our Service charges
