• 1 Visa Application Form fully completed and signed
• 2 Passport-type photographs

• Proof of legal status in USA (i.e: copy of Visa with I-94 or PRC)
• Copy of round trip Airline Tickets
• Personnel letter explaining purpose of trip
• Letter from employer confirming length of employment and vacation dates

Requirements for Business Visa
• Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• 1 Visa Application Form fully completed and signed
• 2 Passport-type photographs
• Proof of legal status in USA (i.e: copy of Visa with I-94 or PRC)
• Copy of Airline Tickets
• Company Letter of Guarantee - A business letter from your firm, addressed to:
Consulate General, Visa Section. Explaining the purpose of the trip, and guaranteeing
financial support for the applicant while in the country, and return transportation.
• Letter of invitation from host company in Singapore
• Consulate Fee $20.00 per Visa(varies) + Our Service Charges
